Is Jibility free?

Yes — Jibility has a forever free plan. When you first sign up, you’ll have access to some Professional Plan features for 30 days, after which your account will automatically revert to the free plan (unless you choose to sign up for a paid plan). Visit our pricing page for full details about the differences between our plans.

Can I cancel my paid plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time, and you will retain access to paid features for the remainder of your subscription period (i.e. until the end of the billing month or billing year).

Do you offer discounts to non-profits?

What browsers are compatible with Jibility?

Jibility is designed to work with later versions of Google Chrome Desktop browser. It will also work with the recently released Microsoft Edge (Chromium) version 79 and above.

How can I be sure my data is secure?

Jibility is built on the Amazon AWS platform which offers a high availability, reliability and security. Furthermore, there are enhanced security options for paid subscribers to address concerns such as user authentication, data isolation and data sovereignty. Find out more in our Help Center.

How is a strategic roadmap different from any other roadmap?

A strategic roadmap is a high-level roadmap that is designed to bridge the gap between strategic vision and an implementation plan. It does this by mapping out which of the organization’s capabilities, gaps and priorities must be addressed to achieve the strategic objectives. A strategic roadmap is not a visual Gantt chart of activities with start dates and end dates.
